Capacity & Advanced Equipments:
Multilayer extruders: Extrude monolayer or multilayer films with high transparency, high strength and barrier property for food packages with max. Width 1500mm.
Gravure Press Machines: With the max. Width 1300mm, output speed 150 meters per minute and a capacity of 12 colors inline (or 6 colors on each side).
Inspection machines: Control the image correction and printing quality.
High speed dry Laminators: Its max. Width is 1250mm with the speed 180m/min and suitable for double-layer, triple-layer or four layers laminations.
Extrusion laminator: It's the most eco-friendly laminating process to use welding PE instead of glue, suitable for paper laminated bags, PP woven laminated bags and non-woven laminated bags.
Slitting Machine: The most advanced machine with high accuracy and excellent control on roll tension to produce rollstocks films for auto packing process.
Bag making machines: To produce various styles of welding bags, sealed individual bags or rolled bags. The Bag capacity ranges from several grams to 50 kilograms.
Sleeve machines: Sleeve sheets or rolls by PVC, PET, OPS.
