1. Brief Introduction
The Shading system can keep out redundant sunshine, preventing the plants from being burned in the greenhouse. And it can regulate the heat or reduce the cost for the operations.
1) Outside Shading System is fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams. Outside shading net is made by black and round-wire materials and fastened by black polyester strings.
2) Inside Shading System is installed in the greenhouse, fixed on the truss and with the frame of greenhouse. Inside shading net is made by white aluminum-alloy materials, fastened by white polyester strings.
2. Transmission Structures of Shading System
The transmission structures consist of A-type rack-pinion structure and B-type rack-pinion structure according to the difference of pinions and connection modes.
3. Working Principle
A-type Rack-Pinion Structure
The output shaft of gear motor, connected with driving shaft, revolves with the driving shaft, with which the pinions revolve thereby. The revolution of pinions drives the motions of rack, connected with driving rod that is supported by tube supporter. The reciprocating motions of driving rod can be realized by that of gear motor. And then the folding and unfolding of shading nets, one end fixed at the uprights and the other at the aluminum-leading profiles (connected with driving rod), can be realized.

B-type Rack-Pinion Structure
The revolutions of the output draft of the gear motor drive that of the pinion in B-type rack-pinion structure. The motions of the rack drive that of driving rod by B-type rack-rod connectors. The folding and unfolding of shading net can be realized by the motions of aluminum leading profiles that are connected by the rod.
