Product Overview:
Concentric eddy current separator is the first eddy current separator of Kebang Heavy Industries. It is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced current in high frequency alternating magnetic field. When the separator works, high frequency alternating strong magnetic field will be generated on the surface of the separating magnetic roll. When the metal block enters the high magnetic separation area, eddy current will be induced inside the metal block. The magnetic field and original magnetic field produced by the eddy current will be induced inside the metal block. On the contrary, there is a mutual repulsive force, which can throw metal blocks forward to achieve the purpose of separation.

Working principle
