The operation methods:
(a) run-in method
1, Before the break-in method
In order to extend the service life, you should get trial operation before using, be sure to try first to get up to speed. Tighten connection of components, charge sufficient fuel oil, lubricating oil and water, check and adjust the v belt tension. Check the tire pressure and the working condition of the handle.

3, The purpose of the break-in:
In good technical conditions and the conditions of lubricating oil is as follows, by slowly increasing load, and gradually to the surface of the parts with grinding uneven parts, for the normal use of micro tillage machine and prolong service life.
4, Break-in matters needing attention
(1) First do some braking and steering test, check the operating mechanism is working correctly.
(2) after the break-in, strike hot oil off the bottom of the pan. Cleaning the oil pan and parts in the lubricating oil system, the filter, and then add new oil, add right amount diesel, no load running in low speed a few minutes to wash and remove iron filings grinded down.
(3) check the nut and fasten up all the screws under the cylinder head and other nuts, screws.
(4) check and adjust the valve clearance, a free travel of clutch and brake.
(5) The mini tiller also need the running-in after overhaul, but perform half.
(2) The details of operation:
Check the lubricant before preparation and installation, according to the requirements of the instructions, diesel oil, cooling water and gearbox lubricant.
1, check the tire pressure whether in line with the requirements.
2, check whether the main parts of bolt fastened (focusing on frame, drawing frame and the gearbox housing, driving wheel and other connection parts).
3, the clutch handle in the "off" position, the gear lever in the neutral position, the throttle lever in "start" position, the throttle switch on: "open" position.
4, decompression, machine-cleaned pulled, started in the engine specification of diesel engine.
5, To start up
(1) check whether the left and right steering gear is reliable joint (inspection methods: Don't hold the hand, swinging arm, when micro tillage machine can not rotate, means gritting steering wheel sets have joint)
(2) diesel engine starts, leave off the clutch, shift lever to the required gear.
(3) step on the gas can also use the small throttle (no load), relax the clutch handle, slowly and steadily to the "close" position, the mini tiller starts.
(4) First slow the clutch, then immediately began after the combination, in order to reduce the clutch slippage and the wear and tear.
6, The choice and transformation of gear
(1) in the farming field, choose at most I and II gear, otherwise will cause overload, which affects the service life of it.
(2) In order to shift to the top speed, first you must separate the clutch, then shift lever to the required gear.
(3) For shifting from low to top speed, should first step on the gas to increase speed then shift the gear, from top to low gear, should reduce the speed again after the shift to make sure smooth driving and avoid damage to the gear.
