Features
1.Machines to use stainless steel, aluminum alloy frame, box for insulation,waterproofing, rust-proof composite color steel plate, resonable design. Water tank is made of stainless steel or PVC composite panels , life time  is long and has function of water saving, low power consumption.
 
2.Independent electric control, full automatic,supply suitable environment and conditions for growth of bean sprouts, 
Multi box split control, tank temperature display,  high temperature alarm, water tank automatic supply, automatic heating, the thermostat automatically water,high temperature forced water and sprinkling interval showed, tricking delay, manual cooling function.
 
3.Optional is ozone sterilizer , water tanks, tank and Automatic sterilization function of sprouts. Ozone can kill viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms, provided safe space for growth of sprouts, effectively reduce  bean sprouts rotten buds.
 
4.Change sprouts box with wave bottom ,which is made of environmental protection material LLDPE  with food standard. Avirulent insipidity, strong and no deformation, discoloration, high strength of bearing string shape of elongated dale.Bean sprouts don't plug hole, not plash water, good permeable effect, to prevent rotten bean sprouts for high humidity .Life time could be 10~15 years.

Apply for Small, medium-sized and big scale grass fodder production . For animal,livestock,poultry. Such as,pig,horse,rabbit,sheep,cow,cattle,etc.

Pre-sale

1. Depend on scene, draw design drawing , construction drawing, equipment install drawing, civil work detailed drawing for references, operating manuals, maintenance video, etc
2.Manufacturing products strictly on contract while customer constructing.
3. Production progress report each week with detailed description and photos, including raw materials tables, process and deep process record, testing data sheet, etc.
4. Testing all the equipments by witness of the customer ex-work, delivery, customer acceptance.
 
After-sale
1. Provide engineer to work site guiding install, debugging and commissioning. 
2. Test equipment after installation, training operators for free, remind notice in operating. 
3. Regularly returning visit to the customers.
4. Within warranted period, we take charge of everything if any quality problems. After the warranted period, we still focus on the plant running and services.
5. Response customer's questions within 1 working day, give effective solutions within 3 working days, go into action with 5 working day.
