Features:

1.4 This machine adopts frequency conversion (electromagnetic) transfer speed electric motor to
feed material, and with lengthened type and strengthened type of big door-opening
conditioner which equipped with axial steam spraying device, also there is strong magnetic
security device, overload protective device and outside-machine material discharging mechanism.

We use WANNAN/Siemens brand motor,NSK bearing,forging main shaft.
Adopting gear driven, the power consumption can low down 15% and output capacity can improve 10% than belt driven.
All feeder,conditioner and face plate are stainless steel.

2 pc quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick disassembling of die;
8 . Anti-corrosion
Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion ability and long service life;
9. Reasonable internal structure
The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
