New High Speed Twin Screw Extruded Fish Feed Pellet Extruder uses meat meal, fish meal, corn powder, soya meal and other grains powder as main materials to make the pet food, such as dog, cat, fish, bird food etc. With different shapes and tastes by changing the dies and formulations.  It adopted Modular Circular Groove Screws and by changing the screw assembling sequence,slenderness ratios different products can be made such as corn flakes, puffing snacks, protein etc.

This series of extruder is deliberately made for Aquafeed, it has a very impressive performance and efficiency, especially when producing 3~5mm floating aquafeed.

Performance characteristics:

*Wide range of applications, can adapt to a variety of production process, replaceable and adjustable screw can have different configurations to adapt different target product.
*Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.

*The gearbox can stand strong torque and thrust up to 400hp.

*Jacket design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.

*Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with L/D ratio up to 18:1 that assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.

*Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.
*AFE series of extruder has a special frequency control feeder, that assures the feeding process become more smooth and stable.
