1. Detailed introduction of Pellet Feed Plant 
 
This Poultry Feed Mill Plant belongs to our wet type machine, which requires a steam boiler to continuously provide steam to the conditioner. The floating fish pellets made by this wet type fish feed pellet making machine has better quality, and can float on the water surface for more than 24 hours.

This wet type fish feed extruder can also be used to make sinking fish feed pellets and other kind of aquatic feed, or this fish feed machine can also be used as pet food machine to make  pet food for cat, dog, etc.

2. Material requirement of our Pellet Feed Plant 

There is a wide selection for material. corn flour, wheat meal, bone meal, meat meal, fish meal, etc. All can be sued for making fish feed pellet.  Please note that the request on the raw material as following: 
*** Moisture of raw material: 20%-25%
*** Raw material type: Powder
*** Fineness of material: 60-80 mesh
 
3. The finished production feed using our Pellet Feed Plant .

A. Aquafeeds---The fish feed pellet is 0.9-20mm size, you can choose the size you prefer.
B. Pet feeds---There have 9 shapes feed for your choosing, such as three prism-shaped, triangles, cross-shaped, square-shaped, plum-shaped, feet shaped, wafer-shaped, large bone-shaped, small bone-shaped.
All of these types feed pellet be made through changing the different shape molds, amd we will supply 3 sets molds freely for you.  

4. Features of our Pellet Feed Plant 

1) Pellets can keep floating for 24 hours without pollution to water.
2) Our floating fish feed pellet machine can make pellet from dia.1.0mm-20mm just by changing the mold.
4) The cutting device can make pellets of different length.
5) The wet type floating fish feed pellet machine needs a boiler device.
6) Electric heating device is adopted which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
7) High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
8) In the same case of the feed formula, the cost of using our extruder machine can be 60% -80% less than the market cost.
 

5. The Pellet Feed Plant  is goes as follows:

Material crushing----powder mixing----pellets extruding---pellet drying---pellet cooling---pellet packing.
 
1) Crusher----To crush the raw material into powder.  
2) Mixer -------To make all kinds of powder mixed evenly. 
3) Extruder----To make many kinds of feed pellet. Such as fish feed, pet feed.
4) Dryer--------To remove the extra moisture of the pellet.
5) Cooler------ To reduce the temperature of the pellet after dring.
6) Packaging-- After cooling the feed pellet, we could package it.

A: The feed pellets made by our extruder can float on the water surface for over 12 hours. While the floating time can be adjusted when the pellets are extruded.
