1. The introduction of Hammer Mill

2. The features of our Hammer Mill

1) Hammer Mill used for grinding of raw materials in small and medium-sized animal and aquatic feed processing factories.
2)  Direct transmission is adopted. The reasonable arrangement of hammers and clearance between hammers and screens make sure the final products are in uniform fineness. The tool bit of the hammer is spray welding with carbon tungsten alloy.
3) Coarse grinding and fine grinding are both available, high accuracy.
4) The secondary grinding chamber is assembled in this machine. The base has goof rigidity and little vibration.
5) The bearing imported is with high quality. When working, it has low temperature rising. And it is equipped with the temperature indicator that can show the working condition. The bearing pedestal is import brand from Germany.
6) Various thickening screen sieves are selectable. Quick-starting type door opening machinery, make it fast to change the new screen, easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
7) Permanent magnet device can remove impurities in the pelletizing process.
8) A variety of sieve sizes are available to choose to meet different customer's requirements.
