1. Working principle of our poultry feed machine:
1) After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized.
2) Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters.After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.
This pellet feed is different shaped, unique taste and rich nutrition, suitable for dog, cat, fish, bird, rabbit fox etc.
2. Material requirement of our poultry feed machine
There is a wide selection for material. corn flour, wheat meal, bone meal, meat meal, fish meal, etc. All can be sued for making fish feed pellet. Please note that the request on the raw material as following:
---Moisture of raw material: 20%-25%
---Raw material type: Powder
---Fineness of material: 60-80 mesh
3. The finished production feed.
A. Aquafeeds---The fish feed pellet is 0.9-20mm size, you can choose the size you prefer.
B. Pet feeds---There have 9 shapes feed for your choosing, such as three prism-shaped, triangles, cross-shaped, square-shaped, plum-shaped, feet shaped, wafer-shaped, large bone-shaped, small bone-shaped.
All of these types feed pellet be made through changing the different shape molds, amd we will supply 3 sets molds freely for you.
4. Features of our poultry feed machine

4) Starch gelatinization can reach 90% to furtherly increase the feed capacity.
5) The high temperature in the extrusion chamber (max. 160 Celsius) in accordance with the needs of customers. This temperature is necessary to remove the urea of the enzyme in soybeans, extending the shelf life of rice bran, cotton seed or detoxification.
6) The floating pellets can float on the water for about 24 hours. It is very catering and easy to be digested for animals, especially fish.
7) The raw material is experienced by the high temperature and high pressure, so it can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections to ensure the pellet clean and healthy.
8) In the same case of the feed formula, the cost of using our extruder machine can be 60%-80% less than the market cost.
