Product Description
Working Process:
1. The cooking machine is used for cooking the fish properly heated by fresh steam.
2. The cooking machine is composed of a horizontal crust, a revolving shaft, welding with a heating plate that has vanes. The plates can heat the fish, meanwhile to push fish toward outlet by the vanes. Steam is evenly distributed into the heating plate by the alloter. Since the steam and condensate flow respectively in the channels of plates, so as to stablize the high temperature.
3. The cooking machine is with the rotation on shaft, fish meal is agitated by the vanes and heating plates, thus to keep the best contacted with the shaft and plates. Vapors from heating is let out from the top by the pipeline, with the weak vacuum inside pipeline, less cold air is absorbed and no steam leaks. The steam enters through inlet, and condensate drained out from outlet.
