Structure and Working Principle:

The dryer machine consists of a horizontal cylinder and a steam heated rotor which is equipped with heating disk. There are propellers in the disks, the angle of which could be adjusted, to push the meal forward.

In the fishmeal dryer, the steam through the rotor is distributed through the heating disk evenly. The steam and the condensed water flow separately of the heating disks.

Features:

1. Fitting with Clutch, the dryer machine could be directly restarted with loading when sudden-stop during operation, avoid emptying materials inside.
2. With steam jacket, increase drying area, properly improve drying efficiency and drying speed, to assure material fast drying speed.
3. Compression handles, compact structure, convenient open and shut for the dryer machine.
4. The main shaft is made of super thick quality seamless pipe.
5. Dryer machine is with steel foundation, no concrete foundation, changeable installing position.
