Product Description

1. Before using the repurchased new tiller, you should read the product instructions, function introduction, installation and adjustment methods of each part in detail. If you have any questions, you can consult the distributor.

2. After installing the new machine correctly, we should add enough fuel, lubricant and coolant. At the same time, we must carry out the initial running-in so as to achieve good coordination among the parts. The tillage machinery should run in and out without load for more than 50 hours, and each gear of the gearbox should run in separately. After running-in, the lubricating oil can be released, cleaned and replaced with clean lubricating oil, then the load can be gradually increased.

3. Before the tiller is put into operation, pay attention to check whether the fuel oil, lubricating oil and coolant are sufficient. If sufficient, the starting machine can be put into operation after preheating.

4. After the tiller has finished its work, attention should be paid to checking, cleaning or replacing the "three filters" (air filter, fuel filter, oil filter). The filter element should be carefully checked, cleaned, tightened, adjusted and lubricated, so as to eliminate the failure and eliminate hidden dangers.

5. Pay attention to changing lubricating oil and "three filters" regularly or according to the usage. If you encounter an unavoidable failure, you should contact the professional maintenance personnel in time, and you must not blindly dismantle the machine.

6. When the tiller is not in use at ordinary times, attention should be paid to starting regularly and lubricating the components so that they are in a good standby state.
