Sanlicom cooling pad wall has following characteristics:

1)New material,  high intensity structure, corrosion resistant, long service life

2)Fine percolating and absorbing water to ensure water drip evenly to the wall

3)Specific stereoscopic structure. It can provide the largest evaporation surface area for heating exchanging between water and air.

4)Variety size of shape: Galvanized sheet, Stainless steel, Aluminium panel and so on.

Installation: 

The fan can be installed only after the covering material and the fixing poles for fans are already fixed. 

Check carefully before installation, if fans are found to be out of shape or damaged (ie: shades or shutters), the fans should be repaired before installed. 

The fixing pole for fans should be larger than the out shape of the fans frame, not to press the fans to be out of shape. The fixing frame should be larger than the fan out shape by 5mm-10mm. 

Stably place the fan on the fixing frame, with the shutter facing out side, using bolts or self drilling screws to fix the fans with the fixing frame. Each side of the fan should be connected by bolts or screws. 

Use L30×30×1.5 aluminum angle and rivet to seal the gap between covering material and the fan. After Sealing, fill the gap with silicon sealant 

Use a V belt to connect the motor with the blade wheels. 

Connect the electric wire from the fans.
