Metal sound absorption/insulation board is generally composed of steel plate on sound insulation surface layer, damping layer, sound absorption layer, waterproof and breathable layer and steel pore plate. 

Based on project needs, steel plate on sound insulation surface layer can adopt flat type and corrugated type, adapt to several surface treatment processes, e.g. painting and powder spraying, and utilize thermal transfer printing technology. The surface can be made from several apparent materials.

Round pore plate and rainproof pore plate are generally adopted. Round pore plate is usually used indoors, e.g. sound absorption/insulation board on the walls and roof of noise reduction room, sound absorption/insulation board on the walls of noise reduction hood, etc.; rainproof pore plate is usually used outdoors, e.g. highway, metro and industrial factory boundary sound barriers, etc.

Sichuan ZISEn Acoustic Technology Co., Ltd. sets up production base and R&D testing center at No.57, West Section of Haike Road, Cross-Strait Science & Technology Industry Development Park, Wenjiang, Chengdu, and production plant area houses office building, research institution, sound elimination equipment test center (professional acoustical laboratory covers 650 square meters), modern production workshop and staff dormitory. Production workshop in Wenjiang, Chengdu covers 8800 square meters, and has 4 professional production lines, respectively production lines of sound absorption module, compressor silencer, sound reduction hood and air duct silencer, in which the annual production of production line of sound absorption module is 100,000 square meters, compressor silencer is 100 sets, sound reduction hood is 120 sets, and air duct silencer is 20,000 linear meters. It also has several production bases in other provinces to meet the production needs for continuous expansion. The company has complete production and detection equipment to ensure the normal and efficient production. Up to 2015, the company has provided over 800 noise control engineering consultations and designs, 500 noise control engineering constructions and 2000 sets of noise reduction equipment for customers in such fields as industry, transportation and building.

Laboratory

As the key environmental protection laboratory in Sichuan Province, our acoustical laboratory covers 521 square meters, and is composed of reverberation chamber, sound insulation chamber, silencer dynamic evaluation laboratory and impedance tube laboratory. The laboratory now is the largest noise control technology and acoustic material research & test center in southwestern China, and leads domestic noise control field. Silencer dynamic evaluation laboratory  
now is the largest silencer test platform in China.  
Our laboratory is designed by architectural acoustics design team from Tsinghua University based on relevant national standards and by reference to well known acoustical laboratories at home and abroad. Main measurement instruments are manufactured by B&K, Denmark (a measurement instrument manufacturer ranking No.1 in the world, and providing noise and vibration solutions). The laboratory conforms to the testing conditions of CMA (China Metrology Accreditation), and has issued the reports conforming to CMA requirements for customers, and especially plays an irreplaceable role in the development of new productions and the detection of product quality. 
Laboratory has established a resource sharing and advantage complement relationship with several institutions, e.g. Architectural Physics Laboratory of Tsinghua University andAcoustics Institute of National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, etc., and does business with them in product R&D, performance detection and other fields.  
Objectives of our laboratory are to correctly evaluate the sound absorption, sound insulation or sound elimination property of each kind of noise reduction product or structure with various measurement methods, support the design and optimization of noise reduction scheme, and ensure the noise of noise reduction engineering really meets the standard!
