一．Physical and chemical characteristics 

Appearance: beige beaded

Ion state: weakly cationic

pH(1％)：4.5～5.0（5％ solution）

Appearance after dissolving in water: milky white pulp

二．Features & Application

1. whole performance softener bead, soft, fluffy and smooth, Low

yellowing

2. Good resistance to alkali and salt , alkali resistance upto PH=11, salt

resistance upto 20 g/L.

3. It will not react in one bath with fixing agent. 

4. Be applied for softening treatment on various Cotton, linen, silk, terry cloth, wool and its blends..

5. It can be used in dyeing factory, yarn factory, washing factory to process after finishing.

三．Dissolution method

Dissolution:put 5% of softener beads into tap water,keep stirring slowing,

gradually water temperature heating up to 65-70℃. Stop heating and

keeping stirring slowly(about 20 min) until it gets well-dissolved before

using it.

四．Applying process

Padding: 5-10g/L, optimum temperature 30-40℃, Two dips two padding-rolls or one dip one padding-roll

Exhaustion: 0.5-1%（o.w.f）, optimum temperature 40-50℃, 20-30min五．Storage, packing and transport

1.Storage:water proof, anti-extrusion, in dry and ventilated place,the               temperature should be no more than 35℃，stacking no exceeding 6 layers,We guarantee a safe storage period for 6 months.

2. Packing: 25kg/bag, plastic woven bags.

3. transportation: transport as non-dangerous article.
